Back Order
In case an item is not available at the time the order is placed, you will receive notification of its expected availability date. You do not need to take any action unless you would like to cancel
the order. We will notify you of the status of the item and advise you when it ships. You will not be charged for items on back-order until they ship.
Order Cancellation
1. Order cancellation must be e-mailed to us through your original e-mail address on the order, or must be faxed to us with your signature.
2. After order payment processing, orders can be cancelled.
3. If your credit card has been charged but the shipment doesn't ship out yet, you will be charged for the cancellation handling fee 5% if you want to cancel the order.
4. If your credit card has been charged and the order has been shipped, you must return the package to us according to our posted Return/Exchange policy.
