1. You can return unused items sold by
www.jodavi.net within 30 days from delivery date for exchanges
and within 15 days for refund. All items must be in the
condition you received them with all price tags attached and in
the original box.
2. You have to pay the shipping charge for items returned.
3. Please ship the return package via UPS or FedEx only.
4. Returns for exchange are subject to a 10% restocking fee (the
minimum restocking fee is $5.99). The restocking fee is not
refundable for any reason.
5. Returns for refund are subject to a 15% restocking fee (the
minimum restocking fee is $10). The restocking fee is not
refundable for any reason.
6. Additional shipping charges will not be refunded on returned
items. These include overnight, 2nd day, 3rd day air, Priority
Mail, etc., and shipping charges.
7. Your card will be credited for the price of the bag and any
taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping
charges. Your credit will appear after we have received and
processed your returned item through our return procedure.
8. Credit card companies vary on the time it takes for credit to
appear on their customers' records. Please allow one to two
billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
9. Please e-mail us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization
(RMA) number for your item with a note on the reason and your
address. A RMA number won't be issued before the buyer read and
accept our Return/Exchange policy. We will e-mail your RMA
number return address to you once you accept our Return/Exchange
policy.
10. We will NOT accept items that are returned to us without an
RMA number. Returned packages without RMA numbers will be
refused. Unauthorized returns won't be processed for refund.
Returned merchandise will not be accepted at any location other
than the return address
given with the RMA number.
11. Please do not mark any notes on the box. Otherwise, a refund
will not be processed.
12. When you return an item to us, you must insure the item with
the carrier. If we receive a returned item is damaged during
shipping, you will be responsible for claming the shipping
damage with the carrier. In addition, we are not responsible for
lost or damaged items that are not insured.
13. If we receive a returned item not in original condition with
original packaging, a refund will not be processed.
14. Any free gifts must be returned with the item. Otherwise,
appropriate charges will apply for the free gift. If you
selected and received an item as a free gift, you will be
charged for the price.
15. After we receive the returned item, we need at least one
week to inspect the item and 2 weeks to process your refund. If
you didn't receive a credit within 3 weeks, please email us at
service@jodavi.net.
16. Our normal 30 day and 15 days return and exchange period
doesn't apply to several items, which the sales of the items are
final. The items are assigned times by times.
